I just completed a video training area that covers pretty much everything WordPress!

It is added under the "Tutorials" section of the site at http://vincecourtney.net/tutorials/wordpress-training

There are 3 levels:

1. Bronze – WordPress Basics (everyone needs this level)
   
2. Silver – Includes all of Bronze Plus Extras More Related To Business Users
   
3. Gold – All of Bronze & Silver and contains tutorials on how to modify the default WP "Twenty Eleven" theme
   

All the training is in video format so it is easy to follow and revisit.
